Currently delivery of products purchased on shop.iottree.in is available across India. As and when we would provide delivery to other locations, the relevant
details would be updated here. Although iottree.in does not provide FREE delivery, we strive to maintain low and affordable delivery prices.
Shipping and Delivery Lead Time
Once the order is in processing status, it will be shipped within 2 days. Delivery time ranges between 5 to 8 days depending on the delivery location.
Cancellation of Shipment
After order confirmation and payment completion, ioTTree will endeavour to deliver your product in the stipulated delivery time to your beneficiary address in India only. iottree.in will not allow for Cancellation of Shipment for any reason and request our dear customers accordingly to confirm the purchase first
and then book with iottree.in. If you feel that there has been an error with your order, you need to contact us immediately either via the provided phone
number or email address.
Refunds, Returns & Replacement
iottree.in makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery. After acceptance of delivery of the product, iottree.in will not entertain any returns or refund request.
Returns, Replacement or Refunds will be entertained ONLY under the following circumstances:
- In case a wrong product was delivered to you for some reason, a replacement will be sent across to you usually within 7
days of this being reported - In case the product you have ordered is not available in stock, the amount paid for that product will be refunded to you via
cheque or NEFT within 15 days of this being reported - In case a product was found to be damaged on delivery, a replacement will be sent across to you within 7 days of this being
