Any item ordered by you (customer) is subject to availability. In case of unavailability of any exact product, you will be offered an alternate item to purchase

Order processing time
Specified order processing days & delivery days are carried out on working/business days only. Weekends, Holidays & National holidays are excluded from the delivery timeline.
www.iottree.in (ioTTree) shall strive to meet the delivery schedule as stated in the order form, any delay/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle
the user for any damages and/or compensation from www.iottree.in (ioTTree). Our normal delivery schedule is meant to be used as a guideline and is
available within respective product descriptions.
www.iottree.in (ioTTree) shall take due care at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but
disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation in the event of any confusion at the customer’s end.
Order Security Check
We hold every received order on security check for few hours. If in case we require some additional verification on your order, you may require submitting
some additional documents to verify your identity in relation with the credit card/bank information used to make the payment.
These documents includes but not limited to are; Photo Identity proof + Credit Card Statement Copy (FAX/Scan Copy). If you are not comfortable
submitting these details, your order will get cancelled with immediate effect and money will be refunded back to source of payment i.e. – credit card/bank
account.
Octroi/Import Duties/Custom Charges
Octroi charges are applicable & levied by your country’s custom department, so you (customer) will be responsible to pay any sort of octroi (import duties),
in addition to the total order amount paid at www.shop.iottree.in (ioTTree) . No Return/ Refund Requests/Chargeback cases will be entertained in such
case.
Product Pricing
www.iottree.in (ioTTree) reserves complete rights to modify the pricing of any of the products & services(ie. if any services are offered), with or without any
prior notice to the customer and/or any other party
Offers & Promotion
www.iottree.in (ioTTree) reserves absolute right to start/modify/cancel/applying or, not applying (for any individual order/customer) any of the promotional
offer, discount or activity, with or without any prior notice.
Order Delivery Refusal
If due to any reason/customer the customer declines to accept the delivery, it will be subject of deductions as applicable on individual order.
Shipment Carrier
www.iottree.in (ioTTree) reserves complete rights to use/choose/change any of the shipment carrier/shipping agency for delivery order parcels to customer
locations.

(b) Permitted Software Usage and Restrictions
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to use the ioTomate device software which comes embedded in the products purchased from ioTTree (irrespective of the ordering channel either online(shop.iottree.in)or store), and/or pertaining to the mobile/web applications that are downloaded from PlayStore/AppStore or directly from the ioTTree authorised web servers. Except as permitted in Section (c) below, and except as provided in a separate agreement between you and ioTTree this License does not allow the ioTomate software to exist on any other devices other than the one it comes embedded in and you may not distribute or make the ioTomate devices’ software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. This License does not grant you any rights to use ioTTree proprietary interfaces and other intellectual property in the design, development, manufacture, licensing or distribution of third party devices and accessories, or third part software applications, for use with ioTomate devices. Some of these rights may be available under separate licenses from ioTTree.
(c) Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you are granted a limited non-exclusive license to download ioTomate mobile/web application and software updates that may be made available by ioTTree for your model of the mobile or device platform to update or restore the software on any such ioTomate product that you own or control. This License does not allow you to update or restore any ioTomate device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the downloaded software or embedded software available over a network where they could be used by multiple devices or multiple computers at the same time.
(d) You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by the License), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the ioTomate (ioTTree provided) or any services provided by the ioTomate software or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or by licensing terms governing use of open-source components that may be included with the ioTomate software). You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices (including trademark and copyright notices) that may be affixed to or contained within the ioTomate product (including the software).
(e) The ioTomate software may be used to reproduce materials so long as such use is limited to reproduction or non-copyrighted materials, materials in which you own the copyright, or materials you are authorised or legally permitted to reproduce. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are prohibited from republishing, retransmitting or reproducing any images accessed through the mobile/web applications. Title and intellectual property rights in and to any content displayed by, stored on or accessed through your ioTomate mobile apps belong to the respective content owner. Such content may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and may be subject to terms of use of the third party providing such content. Except as otherwise provided herein, this License does not grant you any rights to use such content nor does it guarantee that such content will continue too by available to you.
(f) Use of ioTomate (ioTTree owned) mobile apps requires a unique user name(id) and password combination which you provide at the time of registering your mobile with ioTTree. This identify is also required to operate, control, modify the ioTomate device features as permitted by the application. You can control which applications are permitted to use cellular data and view an estimate of how much data such applications have consumed under Cellular Data settings. ioTTree provides best in class security layer to authenticate your device identity and allow access to the services needed for operating ioTomate devices. Security is a shared responsibility and you as a user of ioTomate applications agree to keep the login credentials such as username(id)/password and other login parameters secure and own the responsible usage of the application and the devices.
Warranty
ioTTree products bought from shop.iottree.in come with 30 days warranty. This warranty is only applicable on manufacturing defects of ioTTree products and not on wear and tear parts such as casing, colour, finish. Warranty will be void if product is tampered with, which includes any sort of and level of dismantling or external damage. www.iottree.in (ioTTree) reserves the right to deny extra warranty facility under any circumstance that it feels necessary.
Warranty does not apply to mobile/web applications.
www.iottree.in (ioTTree) will remain the sole party in dealing with any warranty enquiries.
All shipping costs including those related to warranty of products sending and receiving will be borne by the customer. Products will only be sent to and received from www.iottree.in. As with all other policies, all disputes are subject to Karnataka jurisdiction.
Product damaged on arrival claim
Unboxing Video is compulsory for Claiming any Damage / Defect / Incomplete product. You are required to bring this to our team’s notice within 3 working days by email along with the unboxing video showing the damage/defect/incomplete product.
